Mrs. Anjali Razdan M.Sc (Present Principal at P. OBUL REDDY) Mrs. Srilatha Channapragada (Principal at Bolton School Secunderabad) were the resource persons (Trainers) at the workshop.
The sessions even included Debate on 21st century Teaching Strategies, Group Discussion, Building an Effective Lesson Planning, Types of Questions and Marking Schemes, Effective way of Handling the practicals, Modified Blooms Taxonomy and any thought provoking additions which benefit the students for a holistic development where all Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor domains are included to make the SMART Objectives clear (SMART : S – Specific, M – Measurable, A – Attainable, R – Realistic, T – Time-bound) and served. The constructive teaching model given by Trowbridge and Bybee which contains 7 E’s (Elicit, Engage, Explore, Encounter, Explain, Elaborate and Evaluate) also is an amazing stack of tools that designs an ideal lesson plan. All the session were so interactive and engaging.
